2. Overview

We process personal data only to the extent necessary for operating this website, communicating with you and initiating or performing contracts. This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising and uses no tracking tools. Fonts and videos are loaded directly from our own server.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and delivered through their network. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) in order to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

4. Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our mailbox is operated via Microsoft 365, provided by GoDaddy.

5. Booking calls via Calendly and video calls

For booking calls we link to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). When you book an appointment, Calendly processes the data you enter (name, email address, answers to the booking questions, chosen time). We use this data to prepare and hold the call. The call takes place via Google Meet (Google Ireland Limited). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Retention period

We delete personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for the respective purpose and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.

7. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent you have given at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. An email to [email protected] is sufficient for any request.

8. Encryption

This website uses an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS).
